I am looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible, because my company has won the auction for a project, in construction, for a building that will rise up in London, England / United Kingdom . The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 320 EUR (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 320 EUR + 320 security deposit (640 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you. The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem 0for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys. I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. Embora a coisa cheire a barrete, o site - e o método - indicados parecem dar uma boa segurança.
Se escolheres bem as opções (e se calhar está aí a questão) podes receber de volta o dinheiro até 15 dias depois de pagares, a menos talvez de uma pequena taxa.

Já se sabe que é burla. Andam por aí vários tópicos a falar do mesmo e eu já li esse texto, que dizia que o único problema era ela ter a chave do apartamento.
Quanto ao moneybookers é um site seguro, acontece que eles falsificam as coisas e as pessoas precipitam-se. -
desculpem, eu respondi a um anuncio desta sra e recebi as mesmas respostas... e achei que era sério... como é que ela faz??? sabem??? a casa não existe para alugar? e como é que ela fica com o dinheiro? a ideia que o site dá é que só pagamos se de facto quisermos alugar a casa.. obg

Estou procurando um apto e quando vi o anúncio, achei "bom demais pra ser verdade". Quando liguei para o número que constava no site, ele não existia... mandei um e-mail para o cara e ele me respondeu exatamente os mesmo e-mails:

Recebi exactamente o mesmo texto quando respondi a um anúncio de apartamento para arrendar.
Achei as fotos publicadas demasiadamente boas para o valor que estavam a pedir.
De qualquer maneira respondi inventando umas coisas e recebi um segundo texto igual aos publicados.
Acontece é que o edifício não existia... Os burlões não são de cá, pois o IP do cabeçalho dos emails é de fora do país.
Estes blogs são muito bons para podermos ajudar potenciais burlados!

Localização – Alemanha, na zona de Dortmund (os dois IP exatamente do mesmo local, o que permite supor que não é apenas um computador a operar nesta burla) -

Boa tarde
estou a viver actualmente na suiça, e pelos vistos o esquema tambem está a funcionar por aqui...encontrei uma casa fantastica para alugar, e qnd o proprietário me falou para fazer-mos a transferencia da chave e dinheiro pela moneybookers achei que seria seguro... porque, como nos casos acima referidos, ele è engenheiro civil e a empresa que ele trabalhava aqui na suiça ganhou um projecto em Londres, e entao que actualmente estaria em Londres...a verdade È que foi-me respondendo ate enviar o dinheiro..e apos fazer a transferencia para o agente da moneybookers referido no e-mail que recebi da moneybookers nunca mais recebi e-mail nenhum...e a verdade È que fiquei sem 1200 Francos...fiz a transferencia no dia 21 de Dezembro...alguem me sabe informar a quem poderei escrever, enviar carta...para tentar reaver o dinheiro?È alguma entidade a quem se possa fazer uma queixa formal?

Já escrevi isto em qualquer lado mas....
Contratos de arrendamento só com o senhorio à frente e as chaves na mão. Antes disso, nunca paguem nada, por muito atractivo que pareça o negócio....
Posso-vos dizer que habitualmente perdem o dinheiro e nunca vão apanhar o patife, pois a maioria anda pela Nigéria e Costa do Marfim e nunca são apanhados...
Assisti há tempos na TV uma reportagem sobre essa gente, e vi as coisas mais incriveis que podia assistir, e os truques para sacar dinheiro ás pessoas mais rebuscados.
Não arrisquem. E atenção que maior parte das vezes o IP usado nestas burlas é falso para evitar serem descobertos, pois usando um proxy ou um vpntunnel posso enviar um email de Portugal mostrando que estou na China ou onde eu quiser. -
