    Boa tarde a todos,

    Recentemente coloquei o meu automovel a venda no olx, e um estrangeiro demonstrou interesse.

    Vou por aqui a conversa que tivemos por email para vos pedir ajuda e opiniao se estou perante um caso de burla. Desde mais agradeço a quem responder.

    “Hello Francisco, thank you, I am buying this vehicle as quickly as possible, any defects and what's the reason behind these sales?, and what's your final price?.

    I will arrange to pick the vehicle up at your location after agreement and on-site inspection.

    Thanks for the prompt mail and the details. However, I would like to have some pictures showing a close up view of the interior and the engine compartment of the vehicle. Furthermore, I would like to have your final asking price as I'm ready to buy this vehicle. I would have preferred to come and see it. However, I cannot make a trip abroad now because of work(I am a wind turbine technician) but I am certain we can make our arrangement through email and after I send my full advance payment to you for the vehicle, I will send a carrier who will pick the car up from your location. I proposed to the carrier to bring cash for me and pay you on the spot but the carrier has a policy of not meddling in purchase and payment for goods, their only service is to pick up the purchased package after it has been paid for. So we have to fix the payment situation ourselves.

    I can make payment to your bank account via SEPA transfer, because it allows same day payment to countries within the European Union, to send this international transfer, I will need the account name, IBAN and Swift code. Furthermore, once you have received my payment, we will discuss with the carrier the best time to come for the pick up at your location. He will also come with all necessary identification and documents to complete the unsubscribe of the vehicle and also with power of attorney.

    If you agree to my terms, please send the pick up address and provide the payment information and I will make the payment by Monday and get back to you with the transfer receipt. Meanwhile, the transportation service company will contact you once the payment is completed in order to arrange pick-up date and time. A copy of the bill of sales and power of attorney will be brought to you and signed by me in order to complete the sales.

    Perguntei para perceber a raridade do automovel. E pelo modelo calculo que seja.
    Peça primeiro uma copia dos documentos que vai assinar para entregar a viatura.
    Depois consulte na conservatoria de registo automovel quais os documentos daqui necessarios para dar baixa do carro em seu nome, caso contrario fica a pagar iuc.
    Depois se paga adiantado e pode verificar os documentos antes, e se o negocio é bom para si, é avançar.

    É quase certo um esquema.

    As transferencias SEPA podem ser iniciadas apenas com o identificador de conta (IBAN), o banco de origem é que é obrigado a derivar o BIC (Swift code) a partir desse indicador.

    O mais certo é quererem apenas o identicador de conta e nome e morada para iniciarem uma operação de Debito Directo. Se continuar a dar-lhe "corda" ainda lhe vai dizer que faz uma transferência de 1€ para ver se o IBAN está ok. Depois disso e se nao tiver a conta blindada a DD, poderá aparecer-lhe um débito na sua conta, muito provavelmente de um banco checo ou de outro pais da UE. Se isso acontecer e uma vez que não deu autorização para o debito o seu banco terá de lhe devolver o dinheiro, mas não se livra de chatices.

    Muito provavelmente a burla de algures vai te pedir para avancares com o pagamento do transporte.

    Sinceramente acho tudo muito simples. Simples de mais. É só transferir dinheiro e confiar plenamente no vendedor.
    Não sei o valor do carro em questão mas para quem vive na república checa tem acesso a mercados de outros países onde o preço dos carros geralmente é mais acessível.

    Estive a pesquisar e carros como o seu existem muitos na republica checa. É ao mesmo preço.

    Não preciso de ler para além daqui para saber que é tentativa de burla. O preço que se praticam em Portugal paga automóveis usados não são de todo competitivos.
