   Product features:
   digital PID control algorithm is used, supplemented by an adaptive, multi-day control element.
   
   Continuous and energy-efficient control of the floor heating in combination with motorised valve drives for comfortable control of the room temperature.
   
   Instead of using thermal actuators (open/closed), thecombination of a floor heating actuator and motorised valve drives (HmIP-VDMOT) offers continuous and steady regulation of the floor heating. Thus, there is no need for hydraulic balancing of the single heating circuits.
   
   The underfloor heating actuator ("FALMOT") for up to 12 heating circuits, the motorized actuators and a wide range of wall-mounted thermostats are part of the open Homematic IP platform.
   Bosch / Buderus was the first OEM to have already won the solution at its stand at the ISH 2019 in Frankfurt / Messe
