    I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Portugal, but now she's back home (Nicosia/Cyprus) permanently, so I'm renting the place for unlimited time.
    Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
    The flat is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished and renovated. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of 250 EUR/month. The kaution is also EUR 250,00, and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Portugal, so we won't disturb you.
    You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
    Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Ana Maria Karnew and I'm a 58 years old graphic designer from Nicosia/Cyprus, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
    I have a lovely husband,David and a 25 year old daughter, Linda. I am very proud to say that soon I'm going to be a grandmother :). Another member of our family is a 8 year old Labrador which we all love, so, I have no problem if you will keep pets.
    The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Nicosia even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training.
    But this won't affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from Nicosia/Cyprus (on my expense of course).

    Em todo o caso, *tentativa* de burla também é crime.
    Se está com medo que lhe aconteça alguma (abrirem conta em seu nome, e usarem os cheques sem cobertura), apresente queixa na Polícia. Leve cópias de todos os emails com os respectivos «headers».

    Eu não sou ingénua Luis K. W., se tivesse acontecido consigo, acredite que entraria na duvida também, pois só percebi que era duvida mesmo quando li este fórum. Apesar de estar já com algumas duvidas, até ao momento não tinha a certeza que seria burla.

    Felizmente fui a tempo, e também sou muito desconfiada, e não iria fazer o deposito, mas acredite que a notificação, tudo o que nos é enviado é legal. Logo, nada indicava o contrario. Só postei aqui, para servir para mais um exemplo, para outras pessoas verem o meu testemunho, não para me criticarem.

    Só desejo que ninguém caia em erro e faça o deposito.

    o mesmo aconteceu-me a mim, vi no site http://pt.anuncioo.com/ um apartamento excelente T2 mobilado por 250 euros o q achei bastante bom, enviei um pedido de informações e recebi um email em inglês de uma AMANDA ESPOSITO onde explicava que estava em Liverpool e que não poderia ausentar-se de lá, o apartamento tinha sido comprado p a filha enquanto ela estudava cá em portugal, falava da familia dela, e que a casa estava mobilada mas que se eu nao quisesse usar os moveis dela que tinha um local p os guardar à minha disposição, água, luz,internet, td incluído, bom demais...
    O preço por si só já me fazia desconfiar, no entanto, quando uma pessoa precisa parece que quer acreditar em tudo :)
    O que ela me pedia no email não era p lhe enviar dinheiro nenhum, era no entanto todos os dados pessoais para poder fazer o contrato, dizendo que teria uma outra pessoa interessada e que o primeiro a envia-los seria o novo inquilino, dados que obviamente não dei. Respondi-lhe em Inglês porque não é problema para mim, a pedir p ver a casa antes do aluguer ao qual ela demorou dias a responder. Voltei a insistir porque a situação é urgente e antes de receber a resposta descobri que era burla. E como? Encontrei uma outra casa bastante interessante no mesmo site, desta vez por 300 euros, ao qual voltei a pedir informações, como a localização do mesmo e se ainda estaria disponível. Recebi novamente um email em inglês, em tudo idêntico ao primeiro email mas desta vez com o nome EMMA THORTON. A mesma história mas de uma localidade diferente, de Cyprus, novamente a pedir informações para o contrato.
    Entretanto a resposta ao primeiro email chegou dizendo que demorou a responder porque tinha muito trabalho, mas para lhe enviar os dados para fazer o contrato para que pudesse ir ao TNT depositar as chaves e o contrato p eu ver a casa.
    Quis dar o meu contributo nesta discussão porque nem sempre os burlões querem dinheiro e os dados pessoais concerteza dão para fazer muitas outras burlas que nem imaginamos que são possiveis.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 250 EUR + 250 security deposit ( kaution ) = (500 euro), with no extra taxes to pay.I must have one month rent + security deposit from you.You pay this money just for this time and every month you pay just 250 euro . The money, I want to recive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a company called MoneyBookers which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys. I have found a procedure that will allow you to pay for the rent of the apt only after you will receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment.     I want to inform you that MoneyBookers will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don't like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
    I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to MoneyBookers Service the first month of rent + security deposit - 500 EUR - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.
    Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
    1 - To start this transaction i will need to know your full shipping information, full name, full shipping address and phone number to proceed with this deal .

Como achei o primeiro email muito estranho, fui logo investigar e deparei-me com esta triste realidade… BURLA!!! os emails seguintes já foram intencionais da minha parte… e para quem não sabia falar português "percebeu muito bem" os meus emails, uma vez que sempre respondi em português… Bom, é para esquecer…

    Não conhecem ninguém que trabalhe na T.V.?? Divulgando os emails, pelo menos quem ande à procura de casa sempre fica mais atento…

    Burla em curso:

    Tenho anuncio na Internet de uma vivenda no Algarve .
    Fui contactado ja por 3 burlões.
    Estão a ficar mais sofisticados poucos vestígios deixam.
    Apenas contactam directamente pelo telemóvel demonstram interesse na casa não querem discutir preço pagam até mais que o valor do imóvel,dizem ter dinheiro para investir dizem pagar metade em dinheiro vivo outra por transferência bancaria, propõe aos proprietários dos imóveis que se desloquem para se "conversar,Acertar negocio" ..
    Depois ja se sabe o que querem com a deslocação e conversa, mas exigem até a exaustão que quem vende o imóvel faça a viagem até propõe pagar as viagens de avião.
    No meu caso a proposta foi ir. : a Milão/ Itália outro Barcelona/Espanha outro Amesterdão.
    Todos os 3 contactos foram feitos de U.K Itália Espanha.

    tenho para contar mais um caso dessa rede de burlões, que aconteceu esta semana comigo. por isso tenham cuidado, pois significa que continuam com as burlas. por acaso fiquei muito desconfiada e resolvi pesquisar antes de aceitar qualquer negócio, por isso felizmente nao me conseguiram burlar.

    os emails que me enviaram eram iguais aos vossos, mas resolvi falar pois ainda nao encontrei ninguém a queixar-se da mesma casa que eu iria arrendar. a casa era em Matosinhos, um apartamento T2, de luxo. (deixo as fotos para comprovarem)
    era-me pedido 280 euros pelo apartamento, com agua, internet, etc, tudo incluido!
    fiquei muito indignada e estou revoltada com esta situação pois se já aconteceu a tanta gente como é que o nosso país permite que isto continue a acontecer e que estas pessoas escapem impunes??? enfim.. eu quero mesmo denunciar esta situação e, como nunca me tinha acontecido nada parecido antes, gostaria que me ajudassem a saber o que tenho que fazer e a quem me devo dirigir.
    eu continuo a trocar emails com a suposta senhora, uma vez que é recente, para o simples gozo, pois desde que descobri perguntei-lhe se podia visitar o apartamento sem compromisso (aguardo uma resposta).

    Gostaria apenas de deixar um comentário para o/a Paramonte.. Acho que você não tem direito nenhum de dizer o que diz ou chamar o que chama às pessoas, muito menos se não as conheçe de lado nenhum. Mas eu falo por mim e se eu gostar de dar conversa ou não o problema é totalmente meu, logo, você não tem nada que tecer comentários sobre isso. E se acreditar no Pai Natal? O problema continua a ser meu, não acha? Apenas deixei aqui o meu testemunho pois, como me tentaram burlar a mim, também o podem tentar burlar a si! Eu, felizmente, não me deixei ser burlada, mas nada me garante que você não fosse, tal como muitas pessoas aqui, que não são ingénuas, mas a quem tudo parecia muito correcto e legal, pois quem anda a burlar tenta com que tudo aparente ser muito real.

    Depois de quase 2 anos a estudar no Estoril, decidi que seria boa ideia começar a procurar um espaço só para mim. Comecei por procurar apartamentos modestos e após ver as rendas que se praticavam, obviamente estando fora do meu "budget", comecei a dar uma olhadela em anexos, que ao contrário do que eu pensava, alguns (ALGUNS) até são bastante engraçados e mais adequados ao meu estatuto de estudante (quase como alugar um quarto mas com um kitchenet com o essencial). Depois de ter visitado horrores (sinceramente... pensei que estava numa favela no Brasil), encontrei um apartamento e inicialmente como apenas olhei o preço, as imagens e a descrição, nem tinha visto que era t1. Pois é, o preço era de 320€, 1 quarto, cozinha, 1 sala e 1 wc. Parece bom demais não é? É...
    Mas pronto, uma pessoa na sua ingenuidade inicia a troca de e-mails com o pensamento positivo ou talvez na tentativa de saber se a pessoa se enganou no preço. Peço no site em que encontrei o anuncio que a pessoa me providencie mais informações e fiquei à espera.

    I am looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible, because my company has won the auction for a project, in construction, for a building that will rise up in Manchester, UK . I am a civil engineer, so my accommodation period in Manchester will be about 4 years. The renting period is from 2 months upto 1-8 years. As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment. I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.
    The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 320 EUR but you must to deposit 640euro / first 2 months at rent (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Peço então ao meu namorado que vá comigo ver a rua em que ela indicava a morada, nem que fosse para perguntar aos vizinhos se havia algum T1 na mesma situação, informações, algo que ainda pudesse dizer que isto era real (not).     Boas noites

    Vi, ontem, um anúncio no http://www.lardocelar.com, na zona de Sintra, com um preço tentador.
    Respondi ao mesmo. Hoje recebi uma resposta de alguém com um nome que tanto pode ser alemão como inglês, dizendo para responder em inglês, por não falava português. Assim fiz e 10 minutos depois recebi uma resposta da qual insiro parte.
    A questão que levanto ao participantes deste fórum é se não acham a resposta muito semelhante a que receberam.
    Note-se que quando insiro o nome do remetente no google aparece-me logo, a frente do mesmo, a palavra burla, embora na pesquisa só me apareça um forúm brasileiro onde é citado.
    Alguém tem algum comentário a fazer?

    Coisas que o deveriam fazer suspeitar ainda antes do e-mail.
    - repare nas fotos onde aparece o frigorifico. Numa tem o micro-ondas em cima do frigorifico, na noutra não.
    - será que tem 2 fogões? aparecem em fotos diferentes.
    - será que tem 2 frigorificos? aparecem 2 diferentes.
    - os ar-condicionados de janela que aparecem nas fotos são muito raros em portugal (menos ainda em casas remodeladas/novas)

    Um T2 por 270€ em Guimarães, com esta qualidade era um achado, mas não era 100% impossivel.
