Lendo todas estas propostas de possíveis aquisições por parte desses indivíduos da Costa do Marfim,leva-me a relatar-vos um caso, um pouco semelhante, que se passou por aqui: um pretenso candidato a turista, enviou,após consultar o site da Homelidays ,no qual um familiar está inscrito,um mail a propôr uma estadia de cerca de três meses o que ,diga-se, não é usual.Chegou ao ponto de pedir numero de conta e de dar contactos telefónicos. A partir daqui não mais deu sinal,até que mais tarde houve um alerta da própria rede Homelidays alertando para o facto e dizendo que iam bloquear o acesso de tal sócio(sim,porque para ter acesso teve de haver uma adesão paga!)que estava a importunar. Mais um alerta para estar de pé atrás com esses ,que ,afinal,ainda não entendi o q. pretendem. Cumprimentos e bom fim de semana.
Por incrivel que pareça, depois de ler varios comentaios deste forum chego á conclusão que tambem estou a ser vitima de burla Tambem recebi um mail de um Carson Lewis a querer comprar-me um imovel em Ilhavo. I think we really do have to sign a contract - in Portugal we call it "contrato-promessa de compra e venda".
In this kind of deals it is usual to pay a value to reserve the apartment until the legal deed is done.
What value can you give to reserve it? and when can we do this deed? you have total money or you will need bank loan?
If all these details are dealt I will translate a "contrato-promessa de compra e venda" that I have and we will sign it up.
I have this apartment booked in 2 agencies to promote its sale and i'm also promoting it. In order to reserve you the apartment and stop all this connections to try to sell it I need that guarantee.

I spoke with my bank director too, I was told to transfer 100,000 € to EU. It can only cost 1480 € for both of us, I will pay 800 € while you will pay 680€.
Secondly you I know can not carry a sum of 200,000 € along. The transfer of money will be done through bank transfer, even though am in your country.
For me to believed that you are going to sell the house to me. Then I expected you to accept the payment and we both pay the tax.
Please don't misunderstood me, it is not my bank requested for this tax, either myself. This very tax we are talking about is a governmental tax, known as UEMOA (COMMISSION REVENUE AND CONTROL). Also I do not know if you do understand, when this very tax has to payed (680 €) to the Audit Board of Commission revenue and control.
This very tax we are talking about will be payed immediately I send you the transfer document, showing that the transfer has been carried out. Indeed the Commission revenue checks and controls all the basic transfers that going out of these country, the reason is to ensure that the transfer is not illegal.
For this reason I decided to added this sum to the initial amount which I must transfer to your account for the advance payment of the house (100,000 + 680 = 100,680 €). What represents the refunding of the tax, which you have obligatorily to pay to the Audit Board commission revenue and control, basic transfer before the transfer can be validated and the money remitted to your account under 3 working days.
We obligatorily must and individually to pay these taxes, me (the shipper must to pay a sum of 800 € and while you (the recipient must pay 680 €. As I have said before this tax you are going to forward to the Commission revenue and control will be added to the total amount to be transferred to your account.
You have nothing to lose on this transaction. Also the commission revenue and control will reach you immediately I send you the transfer slip via e-mail or phone call, giving you instruction / details how to send them the 680 €.
Please confirm to me if you do agreed to pay the tax too, because this taxes are not refundable.
NB: It is not possible for me to the pay the tax for you here, if it is possible I would have payed it without informing you. I do ask my bank if it is possible for me to pay for you here, I was told that it is not possible.
Rather than the receiver has to pay too to confirm where the money is going to and to clarified that this transferred is not illegal.

CONCLUSÃO: levava o carro não precisava de nada como é que o legalizava, não vê, só fotos... para ele está sempre tudo bem... espertinho... obrigado por eu não ter caído nesta....

Estou a receber emails do geero por causa de um terreno que tenho á venda através da página lar doce lar. Faz-se passar por Espanhol na Costa do Marfim - de nome JOSÉ ANTONIO SANCHEZ GONZALEZ - Advogado Mandou cópia do B.I. e tudo. pena nao conseguir fazer o upload da copia do bi espanhol Mais um burlão para a lista. A conversa é a mesma. 80%, depósito bancário, Costa do Marfim, em serviço, não discutiu preço,restante em dinheiro vivo, numero de telemóvel, espanhol sem falar espanhol e bla bla bla. Continuem a divulgá-los. É uma grande ajuda.
As pessoas que se envolvem em negócios não se podem deixar cegar pela perspectiva de irem transformar o que quer que seja em $dinheeeeiiiiro$!
Há tempos houve uns espertalhões de uns "empresários" portugueses que foram à Nigéria "só para ver" se as tretas que lhes contavam eram verdade!! Só o facto de lá terem ido indicia que punham a hipótese de ser verdade. Que patos! É claro que se meteram em valentes problemas.
Em negócios, mesmo quando não estamos a ver o potencial cliente, há que estar atento a todos os sinais. Os compradores/clientes NUNCA estão mais preocupados em falar do dinheiro que nos vão entregar do que no produto que vão receber em troca (mas os burlões sabem que há muitas pessoas para quem falar em euros é como um canto de sereia). Só isto devia ser suficiente para que desconfiassem...
Este tipo de burlas com proveniência de um qualquer país africano tem outras formas e é mais perigoso do que se pensa. Recebo mensagens com pedidos para "ajudar" em transferências de grandes quantias de dinheiro e anúncios de prémios de lotarias a que nunca concorri.
Os meus conselhos:
NUNCA, MAS NUNCA, dar dados de nome completo, data e local de nascimento, moradas de residência ou de trabalho, números de telefone que possam ser identificados, números de identificação bancária ou identificar o Banco e agência com que se trabalha, números de identificação de algum tipo (BI, Passaporte, Nº Contribuinte),enfim, qualquer elemento que possa servir para levar a informações sobre a nossa vida pessoal, financeira ou fiscal. Com qualquer um dos dados desse tipo, é possivel fazer "falcatruas" que não lembra ao diabo, e que nos podem ser imputadas. Até com uma coisa tão inocente como a nossa data de nascimento...
O ideal é que as mensagens sejam logo reportadas como sistema de "phishing".
