    Boa tarde,

    Depois de quase 2 anos a estudar no Estoril, decidi que seria boa ideia começar a procurar um espaço só para mim. Comecei por procurar apartamentos modestos e após ver as rendas que se praticavam, obviamente estando fora do meu "budget", comecei a dar uma olhadela em anexos, que ao contrário do que eu pensava, alguns (ALGUNS) até são bastante engraçados e mais adequados ao meu estatuto de estudante (quase como alugar um quarto mas com um kitchenet com o essencial). Depois de ter visitado horrores (sinceramente... pensei que estava numa favela no Brasil), encontrei um apartamento e inicialmente como apenas olhei o preço, as imagens e a descrição, nem tinha visto que era t1. Pois é, o preço era de 320€, 1 quarto, cozinha, 1 sala e 1 wc. Parece bom demais não é? É...
    Mas pronto, uma pessoa na sua ingenuidade inicia a troca de e-mails com o pensamento positivo ou talvez na tentativa de saber se a pessoa se enganou no preço. Peço no site em que encontrei o anuncio que a pessoa me providencie mais informações e fiquei à espera.

    De repente dá-me mais um clique no cérebro: casa barata DEMAIS e uma portuguesa a falar em inglês comigo... Começo a fazer pesquisas. Primeiro entrei aqui no fórum e comecei a ler as vossas criticas a situações parecidas, apesar de nunca ter encontrado o mesmo nome, nem o mesmo texto, nem o mail através do qual essa pessoa está a comunicar comigo. A resposta ao meu ultimo e-mail foi o seguinte:

    Txã... Um site, vindo do nada, para transição do dinheiro pela chave. Tá... Peço então ao meu namorado que vá comigo ver a rua em que ela indicava a morada, nem que fosse para perguntar aos vizinhos se havia algum T1 na mesma situação, informações, algo que ainda pudesse dizer que isto era real (not).     Só sei que devo ter dado umas belas razões para aqueles policias mandarem umas gargalhadas.

    A mim nunca me tinha acontecido. De inicio pensei mesmo... "ai, não sejas desconfiada.. qual o sentido de porém um anuncio falso..."

    ...ai ingenuidade ingenuidade...


    O que vocês fariam? Quero apenas evitar que gente que seja ainda mais ingénua que eu faça realmente as transferências de 640€. Custa a ganhar, custa mais ainda a perder...

    Fiquei surpreendido com os posts porque os textos dos e-mails são "copy paste" dos e-mails que também recebi!

Portanto, aprendeu com o erro anterior e mudou para um nome britânico! Lol
    Acho incrível como não se pode fazer nada quanto a isto e a impunidade continua...
    Mas agora vai ser a minha vez de dar um bocado de baile, já agora! =) hehe

    O que eu acho incrível é que ainda alguem se dê ao trabalho de ler e dar atenção a estes emails q são mandados para todo o mundo e são tão obviamente uma burla.
    Eu recebo uns 10 por semana e nem os leio. É preciso q as pessoas entendam que os burlões não lhes estão a enviar os emaisl "em particular". Eles mandam milhares todos iguais, para todo o mundo, e só cai que é mesmo ....tonto!

    Caro Paramonte, penso que não compreendeu o modo de funcionamento do esquema.
    Não enviam e-mails para ninguém género spam. Colocam anúncios para arrendamento em diversos sites e quando alguém pede informações sobre o imóvel é que atiram com a ladaínha...
    Portanto, sim, os e-mails vão específica e particularmente para quem responde aos anúncios de imóveis, seja ou não tonto!

    E que tal denunciar à polícia(?) Acho importante quem tem/teve a experiência alertar quem compete, é bom ficar a saber vendo-se aqui, mas seria melhor as autoridades poderem tomar conhecimento para poderem agir. Especialmente se é alguém em Portugal que está a fazê-lo.

    Este tipo de situações não é novidade. O contrário também é muito frequente, ou seja, serem eles a contactarem pessoas que querem vender casas, proporem o negócio e depois pedirem o envio de uma quantia inicial para poderem desbloquear o dinheiro com que nos vão pagar a casa, ou algo do género. Resumindo: um embuste completo. Quando tinha a minha casa à venda recebi uns emails de um francês que dizia que tinha visto a minha casa e que ia viajar para Portugal e queria ir logo viver para minha casa. Nem lhe respondi. Também é muito, mas muito comum acontecer com o comércio de automóveis.

Os mails que me enviaram eram uma cópia dos vossos, com a diferença que a pessoa era um homem e chamava-se Michael Patin. O anúncio está publicado em http://www.atalho.com/983032 .     A Moneybookers é uma empresa de pagamentos electrónicos e não tem nada de suspeito ou ilegal.
    É legal, confiável e perfeitamente normal.

    No entanto, é usada como um isco: acredito que depois, em vez de se ser encaminhado para o site da Moneybookers é-se encaminhado para um site-cópia, que nada tem a ver com aquele.
    E aí, além da burla ainda se deve transmitir dados privados que não devem andar por aí a flutuar na net...

    Nestes casos o mais simples é: transacção em pessoa e mais nada.

    fiquei desconfiada com a historia de estar em londres e comecei a pesquisar mas mandei lhe um mail a pedir mais informaçoes e a pedir uma visita ao imovel.

    achei estranho kerer logo o pagamento e não aceitar cheque,mas como ando msm á procura de casa e esta pareceu-m mesmo akilo k preciso,disse-lhe que faria o pagamento amanhã. entretanto o meu namorado axou mto estranho uma casa dakelas tão barata em pleno centro de Lisboa era mta fruta,já pra não falar o facto de não aceitar cheque,depois de tanto me massacrar a cabeça,eu para lhe fazer a vontade fiz então uma pesquisa acerca da tal empresa MoneyBookers ,é quando dou com este site e me apercebo que estava preste a ser burlada.liguei para a DECO e lá disseram-m pra não fazer kalker tipo de pagamento,disseram-m também pra estimar o namorado k tenho pois graças a ele consegui evitar esta situação. entretanto o suposto proprietariado pensa que amanhã lhe depositarei o dinheiro,já lhe mandei mais dois e-mails na tanga para tranquiliza-lo e pensar que mais uma burra caiu na esparrela. tnh imensa vontade de lhe mandar este link pra perceber k kem foi enganado foi ele!ainda bem k alguém se lembrou de publicar este assunto,mto obrigado pela ajuda!
